- Still smoke-free after 97 days and still counting...
- ... and a HAPPY NEW YEAR to all! (Man, I miss hanging out here.)
- And on the 14th day of not smoking, I felt light waking up and breathing problems seemed like a thing of a bygone era. Though the temptation to light that "one cigarette" is very strong and the effort to fend it off is even more punishing, I am able to manage through. It's weird because I am supposed to be all cranky and nasty, but my mood has never been better! Guess being nicotine-deprived has its perks. I now look forward to seven years of not smoking and growing old with healthy lungs with all of you. God bless you, everyone!
